Public transport: Tram 11 or 12 to Grefsen Stadion, turn right, walk via Myrerskogveien, until you see steep stairs on your right hand side - then the apartment building is on your left. Upper entrance. Don't use the main entrance in Fallanveien, go via back entrance in Myrerskogveien (Google Maps points to the back entrance). Doors will be open. If they aren't, ring one of the hares.
